Korovka, the Russian equivalent to English fudge, can now be made without interim storage on the Bosch Contiline. Continuous production ensures consistently high product quality, reduced production time and lower costs. Previous processes required storage of the product for up to seven hours. This is eliminated with the new process developed by Bosch. The product is directly fed into the packaging machine from the cooling tunnel where it is formed and cut.
